  • We hand-deliver all orders to the address provided on the order form.
    Delivery fees are as follows:

    $5 delivery zones

    $10 delivery zones
    City of Holdfast Bay LGA
    City of Marion LGA
    City of Mitcham LGA
    City of Tea Tree Gully LGA

    $15 delivery zones
    Adelaide Hills Council LGA
    City of Gawler LGA
    City of Onkaparinga LGA
    City of Playford LGA

    If no one is home to accept the delivery, it will be left in a safe place at the specified address, but if there’s nowhere safe to leave the order, re-delivery will need to be arranged & will incur an additional fee.

    If the delivery is being made to an apartment building or gated complex, please list a contact number (this person will only be contacted if there are any questions related to gaining access to the delivery address).

    We ask that orders are placed 24 hrs in advance (for planning purposes, and to ensure the best possible range of blooms), but if you need something urgent, feel free to get in contact via email or Instagram DM and we’ll see what we can do.

    Upon delivery, all responsibility and care for the flowers are no longer that of FLWR.bttm’s.

  • Orders are available Wednesday to Saturday and need to be placed with 24 hours’ notice.

    However, if you need to order something outside of these hours, please get in touch via email or Instagram DM and we’ll see what we can do!

  • FLWR.bttm does not accept refunds, but if you are unsatisfied with the quality of your flowers, please get in touch via email (with photos attached), within 24 hours of purchase to discuss.

    It’s the sender’s responsibility to ensure accurate delivery information is provided at the time of ordering.

    If incorrect delivery information is provided, we are under no obligation to send a replacement; however, please get in contact either via email or Instagram DM to see if re-delivery can be arranged (will incur a new order charge and re-delivery fee).

  • Flowers are all subject to seasonal availability. While we will aim to match your order requirements as accurately as possible, by purchasing, you’re acknowledging that the flowers, colours, shapes and sizes are all subject to change, not exact depictions of the product shown on the website or social media.
